We're working hard to create a super simple app, but if you still have questions, here are some answers.
How do I import places?
With Soulpicks, you can easily import the places you've saved before. Import from Google Maps, Foursquare, and CityMaps2Go. You can also import a list of places from your notes, email, or messaging apps.
To import your places, go to Search and select "Add multiple places". From here, choose the option of your choice and follow the instructions. Your places will be ready for you on Soulpicks in no time!
Google Maps: You have two options that work slightly differently. You can import Starred places directly by logging in to your Google account. Alternatively, you can share different lists (such as Favorites and custom lists) to Soulpicks.
Foursquare: You can import your check-ins.
Notes: You can import places from wherever you have a list of places. First, select a city and then copy and paste the list of places you want to import.
NOTE: You can also import places by going to Me > Settings > Add multiple places.
I have issues importing my places
Importing places should be easy, but depending on the number of places, it may take some time. If you come across any issues, please send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll help you sort it out.
I didn't receive the signup/login code
Sometimes it takes a while for the email or SMS to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, try 'Resend code'.
If this doesn't work, there could be several reasons:
You accidentally entered the wrong email address / phone number
You are currently not connected to a network
You are in a country that prevents you from receiving the SMS
If it's none of the above, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll send you a code via email.
How do I add an experience?
Experiences are the best way to tell your friends and followers why they should go to a place and what you love about it most. To add an experience, open a place and click "Add your experience". You can add comments, photos, and choose if you want to share the experience with your followers.

How do I invite friends?
Invite your friends to Soulpicks to discover new places and share your favorite ones. To invite friends, go to the Friends tab, click on the icon next to the search bar and share the link. If your friends are already on Soulpicks, search for their name and click "Follow".

How can I become an expert?
We curate the experts on our platform individually. We strive to work with people who are experts in their fields and bring great value to our community. If you think you should be an expert, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to get in touch with you!
How can I share places (with friends)?
Find the place you'd like to share, click on the share icon, and send it via a message, email, or social media.
Can I see which of my contacts is on Soulpicks?
To see who's on Soulpicks, go to the Friends tab, click on "Contacts" and connect your contact list. From there, you'll be able to see who's already on Soulpicks and follow them directly. You can also see who's not yet on Soulpicks and send them an invite.
We only use this information to help you quickly add your contacts. We won't use this information for any other purposes.
I want to change my email / phone number
If you need to change the email or phone number you used to sign up, please send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll help you out.
I want to delete my account
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll take care of it.
